Ascot Group Completes £22M Land Sale in Sefton Borough

Ascot Group is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 5-acre development site in the Sefton borough to a well-established local residential provider. The land, located within one of the borough’s key growth areas, is now set to become part of a new £22 million affordable housing scheme.

This transaction marks another important milestone in Ascot Group’s expanding track record of unlocking strategic land value and supporting affordable housing development across Liverpool and the North West. The Sefton site is the latest in a string of successful sales, contributing to over £100 million worth of housing-led schemes we’ve facilitated in recent years.
